For patrons with access requirements St John’s has a lift reached externally by a ramp next to the Box Office entrance. When entering the lift from outside, press LG to gain access to the Box Office area in the Crypt. The restaurant and accessible toilet are also on this level. To use the lift to access the auditorium, please ask the Box Office for a code to enter on the keypad inside the lift.
We allocate an additional seat free of charge to patrons with access needs who require a carer to accompany them.
Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking if you will be using a wheelchair. All wheelchair spaces must be reserved at time of booking – there is a limited number of places.
