Under the baton of Musical Director Thomas Payne (ex-Jette Parker Young Artist at the Royal Opera House), the London City Orchestra shares an evening of vibrant and dynamic music. Prepare to be swept away by Bartók's magnificent Concerto for Orchestra, which is enchanting and flamboyant in equal measure, with its impressive soloistic lines featuring all sections of the orchestra. We are also delighted to bring to you the UK premiere of Contacts by contemporary Hungarian composer Viktor Molnár, which includes solo flute, singing, poetry and electronic music.

Joining the orchestra is pianist Jeremy Chan, who will play the much-loved romantic classic, Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2.
