Start your day at St John’s Smith Square. Throughout the autumn we will be hosting vinyasa yoga sessions in the Square’s historic main hall.  

These sessions will flow through a range of poses to help you stretch out and leave you feeling ready for the day ahead. As part of this session, live classical music will be provided to create the soothing atmosphere for you to focus and relax. From the heart of Westminster, this unique experience will help energise you for the day ahead by focusing your breath, body and mind. 

Join us from 8.30 - 9.15am. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.

She has been teaching flowing movement classes, and nurturing yin yoga and meditation across London for the past six years. As a student you are given space to explore how it feels in your own body, inviting you to move with more confidence, freedom and fluidity. Charlotte is also a Reiki Practitioner offering energy healing treatments at various London locations.
