2024 marks the 300th anniversary of the first performance of Bach’s St John Passion, and for this special year Stephen Layton and his “simply superb” (The Guardian, April 2023) choir Polyphony are joined once again by the virtuosity of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, and an outstanding sextet of soloists.
